Fat Reduction / Cryolipoysis

Now it’s easy to get rid of those love handles, post-pregnancy pouch, “muffin top” or “bingo wings” comfortably, conveniently and safely. Cryolipolysis involves controlled freezing of fat cells. The body’s lymphatic system naturally disposes of the dead fat cells over the ensuing weeks and months. Only one treatment is needed! £75.00

Skin Tightening / Radio Frequency

Radio Frequency skin tightening is the perfect treatment to improve the appearance of sagging skin around your stomach, thighs, arms and face. The
treatment generates energy that penetrates the skin layers to selectively heat the skin tissue. This heating results in immediate contraction of collagen fibres. Fat Reduction - Inch Loss / Ultrasound Cavitation

Ultrasound Cavitation is a treatment for helping you lose inches quickly and visibly. Great for achieving definition around your thighs and waist. The treatment uses Ultrasound to rupture fat cells, turning them into liquid which is carried away by the body as waste product. 6 to 8 treatments recommended, at weekly intervals. AFTERCARE

The main aftercare points are:-

- Do not drink any alcohol during the day of your treatments and 72 hours after the treatment as your liver is busy processing the fat that has been broken down.

- Drink minimum 2-3 litres of water daily to hydrate your body.

- Do not have a hot shower (Warm is alright), spa or sauna straight after your treatment.

- To gain maximum results, complete 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week, if not they to incorporate everyday activities like climbing stairs instead of using the elevator or doing exercises in front of the TV into your lifestyle. (Optional)

- If you experience any mild swelling or discomfort in the treated area, apply cold packs for 10 – 15 minutes every hour for the next four hours.

- Inform your consultant if you begin any new medication, topical creams, and natural supplements.

How does it work?

When calories exceed demand, the extra calories are stored as fat inside the Adipocyte fat cell. The fat contents are stored as semi-liquid inclusion in the cytosol of each cell. The 3D-Lipo emits low levels of laser energy, the fat cell membrane are disturbed releasing intra-cellular fat. This causes the cell to lose its round shape by changing the permeability of the cell membrane. This does not affect the neighbouring structure such as skin, blood vessels and peripheral nerves.

Triglycerides spill out from the broken cell membranes and are released into the interstitial space where they are slowly transported through the body’s natural metabolic functions, with no adverse physiological effects and are used by the body as an energy source. This mechanism of action is not ‘liquefaction of fat’ rather, it is the instant breakdown of the fat cells also referred to as lypolysis.

Treatment Process

To assess your suitability we first carry out a thorough confidential consultation that will involve measuring statistics in the area to be treated. Once you have been made comfortable in our private treatment room, the diode paddles are positioned on the appropriate area. The 3D-Lipo machine is then switched on for ten minutes (which is the time needed for Lipolysis to occur). The paddles and lymph diodes are then repositioned up to four times depending on the treatment area, before being removed. The treatment is very comfortable and pain free, the only sensation experienced is that of gentle warmth. Following the session it is vital to perform exercise as soon as possible (in this case ten minutes on our gymequipment). The plate will help to speed up the body’s metabolic rate and by doing so stimulate the natural lymphatic system. Combined with dietary advice this will help prevent the body re-storing the fat that has been released from the 3D-Lipo treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

To see maximum results a course of 8 treatments is recommended, per body area. These treatments should be taken once a week at regular intervals.

Which area of the body can be treated?

The 3D-Lipo course can be performed on every area of concern. The Typical treatment times are 45mins- 1hr 30mins.

What inch loss could I achieve from this treatment?

This will vary from person to person depending on your size, but the results from the treatment will be greatly improved by your commitment to the treatment. A healthy diet needs to be adhered to and an exercise programme is important to follow to enable the released fat to be used up as energy. This should be done the same day as your 3D-Lipo treatment.

Does it hurt?

The i-Lipo is a low level laser also sometimes known as a cold laser because most people feel very little when it is used on them i-Lipo is a comfortable relaxing treatment where the typical sensation felt is just a single warmth where the pads are in contact with your skin.

Is it suitable for men and women?

The i-Lipo treatment works equally well for both.
